HOA Management, LLC is a Homeowner’s Association Management company that professionally manages the daily operations of neighborhoods in the Greater Tulsa area. Our parent company, The RaderGroup - Tulsa’s leading real estate and property management company for 15+ years, provides us with extensive knowledge regarding homeowners associations as well as financial stability for our company. HOA Management is committed to assisting neighborhoods in reaching their potential in maximizing resale values, increasing aesthetic beauty, and improving upon neighborhood communications.
HOA Management, LLC is set up to do what some people might call the “dirty work” of an association. Things such as dues collection, bookkeeping, covenants enforcement, and contracting for work to be done can be uncomfortable for a volunteer board of directors and that is why we do them for you. We simply run an association as a business in order to protect each association from potential litigation, run-ins between neighbors, or anything that may be detrimental to the association as a whole. As you will see, the benefit in neighborhood relations alone is well worth our small monthly fee.
Due to our volume of work that we can provide a contractor, we have negotiated bulk pricing that is well below the open rates that our contractors charge. Those savings are passed directly on to our clients. Another item that we take very seriously is making sure that all of our contractors not only have excellent work histories but that they are fully and correctly insured (did you know that over 70% of all contractors that work in our field are not correctly insured?). Again, we are doing the legwork to make sure that your association is never put in any sort of a precarious position. Our goal is not to make all the decisions for the board but to make sure that the board has all of the facts before it makes any decision that could affect the association negatively.
